This is really just a quick post to make all of our users and customers aware that we’ll be implementing a major infrastructure upgrade on Sunday 14 October between 4:00 AM GMT and 6:00 AM GMT. Check the time in your local timezone here. During the upgrade the Creately.com website and app will not be available. You should make sure that you have saved your work before the upgrade begins. We expect the upgrade to take about 2 hours or less. Once completed we’ll send a message via our Twitter account.
We have been testing this upgrade for the past 6 weeks and it is designed to improve the reliability, security and performance of our website. Once this upgrade is in place and been running for some weeks we have plans for further changes to continue improving the Creately service and it’s reliability.
