I found an really useful blog post on Mashable &#8211; &#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/mashable.com\/2009\/10\/26\/socia-media-entrepreneurs\/\">10 of the Best Social Media Tools for Entrepreneurs<\/a>&#8216;. This was tweeted by Creately&#8217;s co-founder <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/charanjit\" target=\"_blank\">Charan<\/a>.  This post grabbed my attention cos I wasn&#8217;t aware of some of the tools listed here.<\/p>\n<p>To help me remember, I thought it would be worth it all into a diagram that would capture the essence of each of these services visually. I created this diagram on <a href=\"https:\/\/stage.creately.com\" target=\"_blank\">Creately<\/a>.
