Creately<\/span><\/span> Diagramming for Confluence has been updated. Confluence users can now continue their diagramming with the latest version of Confluence 5.5.2. We have been supporting Confluence platform versions from 3.1 to 5.4 up until our last plugin version 1.10.2.<\/p>\n

With the release of the Creately plugin version 1.11.0 we are adding support for Confluence 5.5.2 and at the same time altering the support for earlier versions of Confluence. We will be discontinuing support for certain older versions of Confluence. The Creately for Confluence plugin will no longer support Confluence 3.<\/span>x up to 4.0. Confluence 3.<\/span>x and 4.0. Therefore Creately for Confluence plugin<\/span> version 1.11.0 will only support Confluence 4.1 up to 5.5.2.<\/p>\n

Why We Stopped Supporting Older Confluence Platforms<\/h3>\n

The reason for dropping support for older Confluence platforms is because the of Atlassian licensing system<\/span> limitations. The latest version of Atlassian licensing does not include<\/span> compatibility with Confluence 2.<\/span><\/span>x, 3.<\/span><\/span>x and 4.0 as these products have reached end of life as per Atlassian’s product end of life policy<\/a>.\u00a0 Since our plugin uses the Atlassian Marketplace Licensing API<\/span> it isn’t possible for us to continue supporting these earlier versions of Confluence.<\/p>\n

For users of the Creately plugin who are on Confluence 3.<\/span><\/span>x up to 4.0 you can still download and install the Creately plugin version 1.10.2 from the Atlassian Marketplace<\/a>.<\/p>\n
